Gülcan Yavuz Karadaş completed her Master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Public Administration, and Metallurgical-Materials Engineering at ITU. She participated in renewable energy projects supported by TÜBİTAK and the EU. She worked as an R&D Engineer at ITU and later as a Production Manager at Boehlerit. In 2016, she co-founded GMK Energy, focusing on geothermal energy.

Murat Karadaş has 13 years of experience in the geothermal energy sector, working in R&D, project design, and management. He earned his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering focusing on geothermal energy and co-founded GMK Energy in 2016, focusing on innovative projects in the sector.

Selçuk Ilıkcan graduated from Boğaziçi University with a degree in Computer Engineering and has over 20 years of experience in spatial and mobile technologies, serving as an executive at GISMAP and INFOTECH. Since 2007, he has been leading Smart Urban Transformation and Smart Cities projects at Sampaş. He is also a founding member of the Information Technology Employers' Union and provides training and seminars in these fields.
